I’m passionate about making sure our customer service matches the quality of our delivery, and I love getting creative with how we service our clients across the UK. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, travelling, or enjoying anything to do with cars!

I'm Fleur Hicks, twice-exited founder and CEO with 20+ years of experience across EMEA, US, and APAC markets. I serve as NED, Advisor, and M&A consultant for investors and growth-stage firms. I bring an experience of building my first company, a digital marketing firm, and growth advisory to Double Media.

Commercial & Partnerships Manager

I’m Evan, the Commercial and Partnerships Manager. My role is all about driving new business and building strong partnerships. I handle sales, explore new opportunities, and make sure we’re working with the right clients and partners. With great experience in digital strategy, I help connect our team’s expertise to what clients and collaborators actually need, so we can deliver real results.

Nikki

Finance Manager

I’m Nikki, and I’ve been behind the scenes at Double Media since the beginning, managing finances and keeping everything running smoothly. I handle budgeting, financial planning, and ensure our operations are efficient. My attention to detail and financial expertise support sustainable growth while delivering value to clients. Outside of work, I enjoy watching my daughter swim competitively, going to the gym, and caring for my six guinea pigs.

Senior Account Manager

I’m Oscar, the Marketing Lead at Double Media, where I’ve spent the past three years helping clients develop effective digital strategies and build long-lasting relationships. I’m passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential through creative, results driven marketing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, going to the gym, and following Brighton & Hove Albion home and away.

Digital Marketing Executive

I’m Ruby, and I’ve started as a Digital Marketing Apprentice at Double Media, where I’ve been specialising in social media management, creating viral videos, and designing stunning websites. I’m passionate about helping brands grow their online presence and make a real impact through creative digital content. Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my dog or following West Ham.

Creative Designer

I'm Jamie, I specialise in creating visually compelling content that captures attention and drives engagement. My passion for design and understanding of brand aesthetics help our clients stand out in the digital landscape with creative solutions that deliver results. Outside of work, I spend my time travelling up and down the country following Brighton & Hove Albion, home and away.

Peter

Commercial Development Manager

I’m Peter, the Commercial Development Manager, and I have spent many years in sales, marketing and business development. I use this experience in many business sectors to help our clients make strategic decisions to grow their companies creatively and develop the pipeline of opportunities for them and us. Outside of work I enjoy supporting my children’s life ambitions, reading, meditating and keeping fit.
